A large accounting practice had been in business for many years, but was concerned about the significant changes occurring in the market and had doubts about where to focus first. Whilst the partners met regularly, their conversations tended to be very operational and they were unsure how to get the right approach and advice about the process going forward.

They also wanted to really understand what their firm stood for and what they wanted out of the business. Through a series of individual partner meetings, direct analysis of their business and a planning workshop, DSI Advisory developed both a strategic vision and operational plan for the business.  This has provided both focus and agreement amongst the partnership and given the whole practice some new momentum.
